VitalCoach AI provides a digital health coaching platform powered by artificial intelligence. By creating an account, you are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the app for your personal, non-commercial purposes in strict accordance with these Terms.
Certain features (Pro, Premium) require a paid subscription. You will be billed in advance on a recurring basis as per your chosen plan. You may cancel your subscription at any time, but no refunds will be issued for partial months.
By posting content to the VitalCommunity or providing feedback, you grant PulseHub LLC a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, monitor, modify, and display the content to run the services. We reserve the right to moderate, hide, or delete community posts at our sole discretion, particularly those violating our guidelines.
The Service and its original content (excluding User Content), features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of PulseHub LLC and its licensors. Our branding, logos, graphics, and UI designs may not be used without prior written consent.
In no event shall PulseHub LLC, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from (i) your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service; (ii) any conduct or content of any third party on the Service.
These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of California, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
